Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Priestwood.

Between 6.30pm and 11.25pm on Saturday, February 9, offenders gained entry to a house in Priestwood Avenue.

It appears that they may have climbed over a rear fence and then forced a rear ground floor window.

Once inside, offenders made an untidy search of the upstairs rooms and stole items including two expensive looking wrist watches.

Investigator Erika King of the Crime Investigation Hub based at Loddon Valley police station said: "We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or may have CCTV recording in the road or surrounding area, or other information to call our 24-hour enquiry centre on 101, quoting reference 43190042883.

"If you don’t want to speak directly to police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

"No personal details are asked for, and your call is not traced or recorded, and you wouldn’t be expected to attend court."
