A MANHUNT has been launched by police after a young woman was assaulted.

Robert Greenacre, of Venning Road, Wokingham, is wanted in connection with an incident, which took place in Reading on January 21.

The 28-year-old has a distinguishable tattoo of a black crown on his face, under his right eye.

Thames Valley Police warned the public not to approach him.

He is known to frequent Arborfield, Wokingham, Reading, Kent and London, but investigating officers believe he may have travelled to Bristol.

Greenacre is described as 6ft fall, of a slim build, with short brown hair and a thin beard.

He speaks with an East Anglian accent and has a blue hoop through the top of his ear.

As well as the tattoos on his face, he has tattoos on his left forearm, right arm and chest and neck.

Detective sergeant Andrew Clark, based at Reading police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Greenacre in connection with an assault.

“We would ask anyone with information to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.

“Anyone who sees Greenacre should not approach him, but please call 999.

“If anyone has information about his whereabouts or has seen him but he is no longer in the area we would ask them to call 101 quoting reference 43190022447.”
