The footpath and the play area in Bodlondeb Park are set to be closed for the next 12 weeks.

Work to construct new boundary paths and accessible routes at the Conwy Culture Centre will start on January 21 and is expected to take around 12 weeks, weather permitting.

The footpath - between the new centre and cricket pavilion - and the play area alongside the construction site will be closed whilst the work takes place.

Pedestrian access to Bodlondeb Park, Bodlondeb Woods and the council offices will be maintained via the path at the bottom of Town Ditch Road, or by using the main entrance on Bangor Road.

A Conwy County Borough Council spokespersons said: "The work is being carried out at this time of year to minimise disruption to park users - we apologise for any inconvenience caused."
