THE BRACKNELL Forest Council are asking residents to dispose of their Christmas Tree’s by taking it to a recycling centre or by cutting it up at home.
Residents in Bracknell can take their Christmas tree to the Longshot Lane Household Waste Recycling centre in Binfield, Bracknell.
Councillor Norman Jorgensen, executive member for Environment, Sports, Environmental Health, Leisure and Libraries, said: “Inevitably, most of us produce more waste over the Christmas period.
“Our re3 recycling centres can take old or unwanted items as well as real Christmas trees.”
The council are also reminding people that Christmas trees can be disposed of at home by cutting them up and placing them into brown bins, which are used for garden waste.
