A LOCAL house builder has arranged a Christmas get together for residents as they celebrate their first Christmas in new homes.
Building developer Berkley Homes hosted a Christmas evening at their Woodhurst Park development in Warfield on Tuesday, December 4.
Residents were invited to the sites Information Centre to meet all their neighbours before Christmas.
Benjamin Ivey, Sales and Marketing Director for Berkeley Homes said: “As we build a new community at Woodhurst Park, the evening offered residents an opportunity to get together with their neighbours and celebrate Christmas.”
The hundreds of residents who have moved into houses at the development site were treated to mince pies and mulled wine.
The wine was provided by local company Bean and Fizz, as well as carol singing from local brass band Breakaway Brass.
Adeel and Hayley, owners of Bean and Fizz and residents of Woodhurst Park, added: “This was a brilliant opportunity for the residents to come together in the spirit of Christmas.
“We are delighted to have been able to provide the refreshments, and hope that everyone enjoyed them.”
The evening was a great chance for residents to socialise with one another and form new friendships.
