ROAD users are being warned of disruptions taking place which will see sections of the road dug up as a result of drainage work.
A single lane road closure will be carried out on Monday, December 3 which will see parts of Wellington Road dug up.
The work will affect the two junctions between Elms Road and Outfield Crescent and will continue until Sunday, December 9.
One lane will be closed and multi-way lights will be put into place to allow two way traffic flow.
Councillor Philip Mirfin, executive member for regeneration said: “The team will be working extended hours to complete these works as quickly as possible, with traffic lights manned throughout the day and during peak times to ensure traffic can keep moving and minimise delays.”
