A DOG walker was ambushed by a gang and had his wallet stolen during a terrifying attack.

The victim, a 32-year-old man, was in Freshfields Play Park in Wildridings, Bracknell at around 7pm on October 12 when the incident took place.

He was hit over the head from behind and he remembers seeing around five or six people at the time.

The attack continues as he was then punched and pushed, resulting in injuries to his face and side.

The group then stole cash from the victim’s wallet and ran off, before discarding the wallet.

The group are all described as between 15 and 18 years old, with the main offender being described as a white boy.

The victim was treated at Frimley Park Hospital for his injuries and has since been discharged.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Erika King, of the Investigation Hub based at Loddon Valley police station, said: “This was a nasty attack on a man out walking his dog.
