FESTIVE fundraisers can help play their part in raising money for charity by signing up for this year's Santa Dash.

The popular annual run will see hundreds of people don Santa outfits, taking in the sights of Swinley Forest on November 25.

Funds from this year's race will be donated to Thames Hospice, with supporters, staff and volunteers all taking part in the dash.

Alison Evans, head of community and events and fundraising, said: “Our Santa Dash event is always so popular. It is an incredibly fun day out for the whole family; get in the festive spirit, sign up now and help us create the biggest sea of Santas in Berkshire.”

The dash is a family friendly event open to all abilities. You can choose to run or walk 5k, or run a more challenging 10k route.

Online entry costs £20 for adults and £5 for children, while under-fives go free.

Registration includes a Santa suit for adults, and reindeer antlers and flashing noses for children.
