A PRIMARY school in Bracknell is calling on members of the public to help raise money for a new climbing frame.

Wooden hill primary and Nursery School, in Staplehurst, is holding an Enterprise Week between September 24 and 27, rounded off with a Fun(draising) Day on September 28.

The children will get together into teams to run a stall selling items, games or activities which they have designed and made during Enterprise Week, with the goal to raise as much money as possible to buy a new play frame for the main playground.

In addition to the children's stalls, outside stall holders, entertainers and groups are being invited to attend for a donation towards the fundraising activities.

Year One teacher Laura Saunders said: "The event will be open to the public and families invited to attend. If you know of an organisation, business or group who would like to attend this fantastic event, please leave details of the stall or activity at the school office no later than Wednesday, September 19.

"It is all for a good cause – the equipment will be used for many, many years to come."
