A man died of cardiac arrest while out in woodland this morning.
At 11.30am the emergency services were called to Duck Lane in Thornwood.
Along with several police cars, a rapid response vehicle, two ambulances and a forensic unit attended.
When they arrived they were met with a man collapsed in the woodland.
Paramedics were unable to save him and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "Despite the best efforts of all involved, the patient sadly died at the scene."
Police are not treating his death as suspicious.
