ENTRIES for this year’s Wokingham Walk are now open.
Walkers are invited to complete a five, 10, or 15-mile walk around the countryside surrounding the town, with a brand new 20-mile route being added for this year’s event to mark the 20th anniversary of Wokingham charity The Link Visiting Scheme.
Entrants can walk just for fun, or raise money for a charity of their choice. Proceeds from this year’s entry fees will go to the Ollie Young Foundation.
The event will take place on Sunday, May 13, kicking-off at Howard Palmer Gardens from 9am.
Entry is £15 for over 18s, £5 for children aged 12 to 17. Children under 12 go free. To register or view details of the routes, visit www.wokinghamwalk.co.uk.
