JAMES DAWSON, 42, of Goodings Green, Wokingham, was convicted of recklessly damaging a man’s spectacles worth £163.35 in Wokingham on June 8, 2017. He was fined £250, pay £163.35 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £200 costs.
SERGEJ SHERBAN, 53, of Trevelyan, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving a BMW X5 on Rackstraw Road, Sandhurst on September 5, 2017. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
WALLACE DAVIS, 55, of Wallcroft Close, Binfield, was convicted of assaulting a man and a woman by beating them in Binfield. He must carry out unpaid work for 140 hours and must not contact the man and the woman directly or indirectly. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £775 costs.
GRAHAM GARDNER, 55, of Kelvin Gate, Bracknell, was proved in his absence of travelling on a Great Western Railway train without paying the £3 fare at Wokingham on April 25, 2017. He was fined £220, pay £3 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £160 costs.
DAVID JOHN UTTING, 31, c/o Perry Oaks, Bracknell, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty at Perry Oaks on August 3, 2017. A rehabilitation order to participate in any activity given by a responsible officer up to a maximum of 15 days was made. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.
NIKOLCHO KOSTADINOVSK, 39, of Hambleden Court, Woodmere, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving a VW Bora at Great Holland Square on October 29, 2017. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
MARK ANTHONY DYSON, 47, of Llangar Grove, Crowthorne, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend an unpaid work requirement on October 1 and October 8, 2017. He was fined £350.
STEPHEN NEGUS, 38, of Broadmoor Hospital, Crowthorne, admitted assaulting a man by beating him on May 7, 2017. He was ordered to pay £150 compensation.
MARK ANTHONY CONNOR, 43, of Point Royal, Rectory Lane, Bracknell, admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Slough Magistrates’ Court on November 21, 2017. Having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 18, 2017 at Slough Police Station. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.
LOGHIN GABRIEL, 28, of College Road, College Town, Sandhurst, admitted drink-driving a Ford Focus on Peacock Lane, Bracknell, on October 20, 2017. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and £85 costs and is disqualified from driving for 18 months.
