THE tenth annual Santa Dash at Swinley Forest, Bracknell, was a sell-out this year.

The run can be either over 5km or 10km, and was supported by the Shankley foundation.

The event raised a sleigh-mazing £25,000 for the Thames Hospice.

A sell-out 800 supporters turned out in their Santa suits, reindeer antlers, flashing noses and even their own festive creations.

Alison Evans, Head of Community and Events Fundraising, said: “The atmosphere was buzzing and with so many people dashing around, the sea of Santas was almost never ending.

"Thank you to everyone who signed up for this special 10th anniversary dash, the support we’ve been shown has been truly amazing and-we ho-ho-hope we’ve got you all in the festive mood.”

Sponsorship is still available, despite the fact that the race concluded on Sunday November 26.
