GEOFFREY DAVID GIBSON, 62, of Forest Road, Binfield, admitted drink driving a VW Golf on Forest Road on February 2, 2017. He was fined, £335, pay victim services £33 and costs of £85. SHAUN CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN PHELAN, 25, of Evedon, Bracknell, admitted assault by beating a woman on November 5, 2016. He was found guilty of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of/provoke unlawful violence on November 6, 2016. A community order was made.
