A PREGNANT woman had to be rescued from her car after a crash this afternoon.
All three emergency services were called to Kings Ride just before 2pm after a black Porsche and green Honda accord crashed.
Firefighter Ben Henshaw from Bracknell fire station said: "The young pregnant lady was trapped in the Porsche. A lot of the damage was to the drivers side and it had lost a wheel.
"The paramedics were in attendance when we arrived treating her medically. the police arrived and closed the road.
"The car was a soft top so we didn't have to use any tools and got the roof off by hand in record time."
He said she was taken to hospital by the paramedics. A mother and daughter in the Honda escaped managed to get out of the cars on their own.
The firefighters left the scene at about 3pm.
A spokesman for South Central Ambulance Service said: " We received a call at 1.52pm to Kings Ride to reports of a two vehicule crash.
"We sent an ambulance offcier to the scene who treated a woman for minor injuries that were not life threatening.
"She was taken on to Frimley Park Hospital."
