A rapid response vehicle, two ambulance officers and an ambulance crew rushed to the scene in Station Road after it emerged a woman had been hit by the truk just before 2pm.
An air ambulance car also attended as the helicopter was unable to fly because of bad weather.
Police officers were also at the scene and were diverting traffic.
In a separate incident, British Transport Police officers had to escort a male from the tracks at 1.56pm.
A British Transport Police (BTP) spokesman said: “BTP officers were called to Wokingham station following reports of a person on the tracks.
“The man, aged 35, was removed from the tracks and has subsequently been arrested on suspicion of trespassing on the railways and suspicion of possessing Class A drugs.”
