FIREFIGHTERS rushed to Ascot this morning and stopped an outdoor structure from going up in flames.
Crews from Bracknell and Camberley fire stations, along with police, were called to Wentworth Avenue, North Ascot, at 3am to find two wheelie bins well ablaze and licking the wooden carport they were sheltered under.
The crews worked tirelessly for 45 minutes to extinguish the fire.
No-one was hurt and it is believed the incident was deliberate.
