ASCOT town centre could have 200 new houses, cafes, shops, a green and community hub to give it 'heart'.
A vision for the town has been drawn up by sustainable communities organisation, Prince's Foundation, and was presented to the public on Monday.
The town could have better road crossings and wider pavements amongst suggestions.
To increase footfall and make the town centre 'thrive' the Foundation suggests building two new housing areas, one which includes a primary school.
