A WOMAN and her pet pooch who were savagely attacked by three out-of-control dogs is urging anyone who knows where they are to call the police.
Jennifer Buckle, 61, suffered six bites to her arm and was dragged along the ground while trying to save her Jack Russell, Sammy - who was mauled by the three Staffordshire bull terrier-type dogs until he collapsed.
Mrs Buckle said: "I don't know how Sammy is alive or I'm alive. It could have been a child who was attacked." She thinks the three Staffordshire bull terrier-type dogs - one white, one gingery brown and another grey - only stopped because they thought Sammy was dead.
The incident happened by the underpass that leads to Coopers Hill and Bracknell Railway Station at 12.30pm on Saturday, September 3.
The Staffordshires were being walked by a white woman in her 20s with dark hair when they broke free.
Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact PC Chris Weston via 08458 505505 or the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
