ALMOST WATERSIDE - noir by david cliff - Okay okay, maybe not quite `waterside` but you genuinely do have your own stream which peacefully runs down the side of one of the most manicured plots I have seen in a long time, attracting dragonflies and butterflies throughout the summer months.

Every house I go in to has that one room that makes you think "I would buy this!!" and at Shires Lodge, it just has to be the kitchen! For me, this is an excellent space for keeping all your washing out the kitchen and the sellers have given you plenty of extra storage in here too. Off the utility is a fully refitted downstairs cloakroom and a door in to the integral double garage.So, as you wander upstairs you`re right to get the sense that the theme of light and space is set to continue. You will find five extremely well proportioned bedrooms with all of them (bar the fifth) benefiting from large built in wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors. Now, if you were impressed by the inside of this house then you will absolutely love the outside.
