THE BRIGHTON & HOVE (MILL ROAD -FILMING "GRACE") (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2020
On Monday, 5th October 2020 to Thursday, 8th October 2020 the Mill Road - Filming "Grace" is taking place. To facilitate its safe passage the route will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council have made an order under Section 16A to C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which temporarily brings into force the following traffic regulations: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the Mill Road - Filming "Grace" to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:-Temporary Road Closures from 05.00 hours on Monday 5th October 2020 to 20.00 hours on Thursday 8th October 2020 Mill Road, Brighton from junction of Waterhall Road to Dyke Road Avenue This order shall be cited as the Mill Road - Filming "Grace" (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2020 and shall be in force for the above date and times or until safe to reopen.
