NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 24 June 2020 made the Order named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 29 June 2020 will make the following changes:-

Proposed double yellow lines in Hazeldene Meads, The Beeches, The Deneway, Waylands Avenue, Withdean Road & Woodland Drive
Some changes to the orders as originally
proposed and advertised on 20 December 2019 are as follows:-
Brighton & Hove Outer Areas (Waiting, Loading and Parking) and Cycle Lanes Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment Order No.4 2020
Proposed double yellow lines in Goldstone Crescent - This has been removed from this order and re-advertised on TRO-1-2020
Proposed limited waiting in The Deneway -This has been withdrawn

statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the
grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
