Charles Arthur Welch "Charlie" passed away in the presence of his family on 05/08/2019 aged 89. Much loved Dad and Grandad of Gary, Lorraine, Phillip and Louisa. He will be very sadly missed by all of his family and many friends. Funeral service to take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Thursday 22nd August at 12pm. Flowers welcome.
