Collins Jane Passed away peacefully on 18th November 2018 aged 72 years She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her A beloved Mum to Sarah and Rachel, and Granny to Leon, Ruby and Daisy Funeral service to be held on Monday 10th December 2018 at St Michael's Church, Spencers Wood at 11am followed by committal in the South Chapel, Reading Crematorium Donations in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer's Society via Miles and Daughters Independent Funeral Directors, Isabella House, 498 Reading Road, Winnersh, RG41 5EX Tel: 0118 979 3004
