Jacqueline Kay Bembenek Nee Blake (Jackie) Passed peacefully away on 16th February, aged 62 years. Much loved wife to Stan, Mum to Zoe, Alison and Nicola, Nanny to Danielle, Caitlin, Lexie, Analise, Cooper and Tristan. Funeral Service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Thursday 8th March at 11.15. All are welcome. Family flowers only please. Donations in Jackie's memory, if desired to Bracknell Dialysis Unit may be made via Brian Bentley Funeral Services 01344 772773.
