Progress Theatre stage a double bill in Reading this week. Steve Martin's WASP is an absurd comedy set in 1950s American suburbia, while The Long Road by Shelagh Stephenson is the story of a family struggling to come to terms with the senseless murder of their youngest son on a night out. Both productions are on stage each night from Monday until Saturday, March 23, at the theatre in The Mount. Tickets cost £10 (£8 concessions) from www.readingarts.com or call 0118 960 6060.
