Cirque du Ciel bring magic to Windsor Theatre Royal
Expect acrobats, dazzling costumes and breath-taking antics when Cirque du Ciel arrive at Windsor Theatre Royal on Monday and Tuesday, October 15-16.
The 30-strong Beijing Acrobatic Troupe 'take live performance beyond gravity' with their two hour show, which is set in Shanghi and follows a teenage girl (Yan Yang) who, amidst the traffic noise of a Shanghai night, starts to fantasize about her dreams of becoming a circus performer. Two mysterious spirit-like figures, Sun and Moon, introduce her to a frenzy of acrobatic activity, which comes to life with the opening of a magical box.
With 30 performers, 500 fantastic costumes, modern dance and martial arts, set against a moving and magical score, it's set to be an unmissable evening of entertainment.
