Home Service head to Nettlebed
A ONE-off concert at Nettlebed Folk Club will see the reunion of award-winning roots-rock band Home Service.
The band was born out of lead singer John Tams' need for a musical outlet from the tensions of Thatcherite Britain.
Penning socially aware classics including Walk My Way, Alright Jack and Sorrow, the legendary band is back together and on the road with a special stop in Nettlebed on Monday at 8pm.
Tickets are £16.50 by calling 01628 636620 or via www.nettlebedfolkclub.co.uk

Report commentReally looking forward to this, Home Service are one of the greats. And alongside Gary Numan (at Sub89 in September) we're really being treated to some talent in Berkshire this year. I just hope my public sector wages can cover both gigs!
