ASCOT Racecourse have abandoned BetVictor Day, scheduled for this Saturday, due to snow.
The meeting was set to feature the Grade 1 Victor Chandler Chase and a racecourse appearance by Sprinter Sacre.
Chris Stickles, clerk of the course said: "Following two inches of snow to midday and the snow still falling racing has been abandoned."
