MORE than 300 children descended on Bracknell Rugby Club's Lily Hill Park to compete in the 2012 Bracknell Forest Festival of Tag Rugby recently.
In all, 28 primary schools took part and those taking part brushed off the tough, slippery conditions to produce some sparkling rugby.
The teams were divided into four groups, with the winners qualifying for the semi-finals.
In Group One, no team dominated the group but Warfield showed the most consistent form winning four and drawing two other matches - though they were never more than two tries ahead of their opposition.
St Michael's, Sandhurst, and Crowthorne kept in touch, but neither could overcome a Warfield team that eased into the semis.
Group Two was much closer with any one of four teams in the frame for a semi-final place.
