BRACKNELL’S Matt Ford lost the sixth leg of the Cuestars South of England (40+) Tour following defeat to Andover’s John Hunter in the final.
Ford, who is based at Sunninghill Comrades Club in Ascot, went down 2-0 to Hunter, who pocketed £120 prize money in the final of a high-scoring event at Chandlers Ford Snooker Club.
A 30 break helped Hunter, who is in second place, take the opening frame and Ford, the rankings leader, was left chasing snookers with two reds remaining in the second.
The seventh leg of eight takes place at Salisbury SC on March 25.
