SOUTH Berkshire men dropped to fourth in the MBBO Regional Two table after a weekend with no game.

They return to action with a trip to Sonning on Saturday (noon).

South Berkshire 2nds picked up a fine 4-2 victory at Oxford Hawks 4ths in MBBO Division Two.

Ed Crowe, Nathan Desmond, Alex Fox-Harvey and Logan Russell were on target for the visitors, with Jack Burke and Maxime Couvreur replying for Hawks.

In Division Three, a superb Duncan Clarke hat-trick was not enough for South Berkshire 3rds, who lost a seven-goal thriller 4-3 at home to Oxford 3rds.

Joni Ishikawa, Chris Orme, Ben Richards and Huw Tasker were the goalscorers for Oxford.

Division Five cellar-dwellers South Berkshire 4ths remain winless following their 4-1 defeat at Aylesbury 3rds.

Duncan Wiggett netted for the Bracknell-based side, but strikes from Phill Collins, Lewis Ewers, Ed Gurney and Hayden McEwan ensured the hosts took all three points.

South Berkshire 5ths jumped to sixth in Division Eight East following their 3-1 victory at Wycombe 5ths, and it was also a good day for Division Eight East table-toppers South Berkshire Terriers, as they ground out a 2-1 win at home to Wallingford 4ths.

South Berkshire Ladies return from a week off to host Trysports Three Counties League Premier One table-toppers Amersham & Chalfont on Saturday (noon).
