WASHINDI Trampoline Club youngsters impressed with 16 medals at the NDP regional qualifier in Abingdon.
Tom Stapleton again claimed gold in the NDP 1 Age 11-12 boys category, while Jake Bullock won the NDP 2 event, same age group.
There were similarly impressive results for the older competitors, with Poppy Bunton gaining fourth place in the NDP 3 Age 13+ girls’ category, and Lauren Nield taking second in the NDP 5 15+ category.
At the highest level of participation at the competition, NDP 7, Bethan Gill, Lydia Osborn and Callum Gooding achieved third, fourth and first positions respectively.
Two members of the Regional Disability categories, Thomas Hue and Russell Cooper, both secured gold positions following superb routines.
Despite being too young to qualify for the next round, two of Washindi’s youngest competitors, Lilly Goswell and Mia Gardner, shone in the NDP 1 Age 7-8 girls’ event, gaining second and fourth places.
