ADIE Chipper was crowned men's champion at Wokingham Bowling Club following a sensational final against Stuart Slocombe.
In a high-quality encounter, the favourite was pushed all the way by Slocombe before eventually sealing a 21-20 success.
Lilian Holliday took the ladies' title with a 21-12 win against Marion Evans, while Gerry Deeves won the men's novices courtesy of a 21-9 victory against Jim Rudd.
Anne-Marie Murray won the ladies' equivalent 21-9 against Margaret Allen, and Joy Deeves took the ladies' unbadged singles 21-18 against Sylvia Pearce.
Paul Melhuish, Colin Livingstone and Michael Duggan won a thrilling benevolent triples final 15-14 in the last end against Alan Symondson, John Scowen and Clive Tarran, the losers blowing a four-shot lead.
The men's senior singles was won by Bob Hales-Owen who beat Colin Cleverly 21-20, while Holliday secured a second title in the ladies' handicap singles with a 23-7 win against Jill Thorne.
In the ladies' drawn pairs, Pearce and Murray, prevailed 31-21 against Vidy Melber and Vi Hales-Owen, and Symondson and Barry Pither beat Martin O'Connor and Peter Bennett 26-15 in the men's version.
The men's 2 wood yardstick was a thrilling contest which Tarran won 15-14 against Melhuish, and Rudd beat Thorne 2-1 in the mixed sevens.
Teresa O'Connor beat Pearce 16-6 in the ladies 2 wood singles, while the ladies' drawn fours was won 19-13 by Elaine Herbert, Thorne, Murray and Ann Alabaster, against Evans, Jill Francis, Gillian Winger and Deeves.
Ted Wacey won the men's 3 wood handicap 21-20 against Michael Duggan, and Melhuish, Keith Roberts and Ken Marshall won the Men's Triples 16-11 against Barry Woolley, Alex Thomson and David Elgood.
Pat Boswell, Eric Nathan and Pither took the mixed triples 23-10 against Paul Graham, Janette Kane and Ann Taylor, while the O'Connors crushed Bob and Sandra Thompson 23-7 to win the mixed pairs.
The ladies' drawn triples went to Pearce, Thorne and Cathy Thomas following a 17-15 triumph against Joh Holmes, Kane and Deeves, and Melhuish won the men's 4 wood handicap 23-18 against Rudd.
The men's county 2 wood went to Symondson who thrashed Tarran 17-4.
