BRACKNELL Town's unbeaten start to the season came to an end on Saturday as they lost 2-1 to Brimscombe & Thrupp in the Hellenic Premier Division.

The Robins took the lead after 15 minutes when Ben Knight netted a superb lob from 30 yards.

But the hosts equalised from the penalty spot before half time and then snatched victory with five minutes remaining.

Carl Davies scored twice for Binfield in their 3-2 victory over Abingdon United.

Jemel Johnson was also on target as the Moles maintained their unbeaten start to the season.

Ascot United drew 2-2 against Highworth Town, with Jermaine Roache on target for Yellamen to add to an own goal.

Wokingham & Emmbrook won their first game in Hellenic Division One East as they beat defending champions Rayners Lane 3-1.

Jake Butler, Elliott Rushforth and Khalid Senussi got the goals for Sumas in the second half.

Elsewhere in the division, Finchampstead were beaten 2-1 at Headington Amateurs.

Sandhurst Town won 3-2 at South Kilburn in Combined Counties Division One while Eversley & California drew 2-2 with Spelthorne Sports.
