BINFIELD took the local bragging rights on Easter Monday as they beat Wokingham & Emmbrook 3-1 at Larges Lane.

Jemel Johnson gave the visitors an early lead and Carl Davies doubled it from the penalty spot after he was fouled by Callum Eagle, who was shown a straight red card.

Sam Whiting's superb strike halved the deficit but former Suma Garry Sargeant netted late on to ensure the Moles won the Martin Joyce Trophy for the third season running.

Elsewhere, Ascot United battled back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with Newbury Town.

Jon Bennett got both goals for the Yellamen, who also had Sam Wadieh sent off after half time along with a Newbury player.

In Hellenic Division One East, Bracknell made it back-to-back wins over the Easter weekend as they beat Finchampstead 3-1.

Josh Delander scored twice early on for the Robins and Sam Barratt made sure of the points before half time.

Sandhurst Town gave their survival hopes a boost with a 3-0 win over Camberley Town in Combined Counties Premier.

But Eversley & California suffered a 1-0 loss to Combined Counties Division One leaders Frimley Green.
