The event takes place at Dinton Pastures Country Park and comprises a 5km run on a flat, off-road route through the country park, followed by a 20km bike ride on quiet country roads around Twyford and Hurst, and then a second 5km run on the same park route.
The race starts at 8.30am, and entry costs £38 for British Triathlon members, £43 for non-members, and £53 for teams of three (one or two runners, one cyclist). Online entry closes at midnight on Thursday, with on-the-day entry an additional £10.
Prizes sponsored by Lexus Reading will be awarded to the first, second and third men and women, along with age group trophies.
The events are organised by Reading-based Barnes Fitness and are supported by Wokingham Borough Council.
