READING FC Player of the Season Ali Al-Habsi has signed a three-year deal with Al Hilal FC, according to the Saudi Arabia club.
The Omani goalkeeper was linked with a move to Premier League West Brom over the weekend.
But unconfirmed reports have since emerged on social media suggesting he has agreed to join Al Hilal.
Al-Habsi was present at Hogwood Park for pre-season training with the Royals today, though the club are yet to confirm or deny the rumour that he is leaving.
Al-Habsi quickly established himself as a fans' favourite following his switch to Berkshire from Wigan Athletic and has won the club's Player of the Season accolade for two years in a row.

The 35-year-old went from strength to strength under Royals' boss Jaap Stam last season and produced a string of fine performances to help guide Reading to third place and a spot at Wembley Stadium in the Championship play-off final.
And his heroics almost continued when he denied Michael Hefele during a gut-wrenching penalty shootout, but Royals eventually lost out to Huddersfield after Liam Moore and Jordan Obita missed their spot-kicks.
But Al-Habsi, who put pen to paper on a fresh deal at Madejski Stadium last season, is understood to be attracting interest from Tony Pulis' Baggies as a back-up for goalkeeper Ben Foster.
Former Premier League champions Leicester City are also thought to be interested in securing Al-Habsi's services.
However, it now appears Al-Habsi could be set to move closer to his homeland as Oman borders Saudi Arabia.
And his latest post on Twitter this afternoon has done little to clear things up and has left Royals fans puzzled.
