In a mid-table Combined Counties League Division One clash, it was the visitors who took the lead when Craig Smith scrambled the ball home from a corner just moments before the break.
However the Boars were pegged back midway through the second-half when Johnny Denham exchanged passes with Harry Little and fired home to make it 1-1. It was an end-to-end game as both teams pushed forward looking for the vital third goal that would give them victory. Both sides missed chances before Eversley grabbed the win as the game entered added time.
Aaron Bufton in the hosts’ goal ran out to clear a long ball, but Lewis Robson blocked his clearance and the ball sailed into an empty net from 35 yards out to give Eversley a 2-1 victory. The Boars visit Bedfont & Feltham on Saturday (3pm).
