The Fizzers’ leading goalscorer added to his tally when he drilled home the winner from the penalty spot midway through the second half.

And Sandhurst Town chairman Tony Dean expects the talented youngster to keep terrorising defences for the rest of the season.

Dean told the News: “Ayden will cause any team in this division a lot of trouble with his pace.

“He’s a real livewire and he was excellent again on Saturday.

“We were also delighted with the overall commitment from the lads.

“We were very good in the second half and deserved the victory.” There was little to choose between the sides in a very tight first quarter at Eversley’s Fox Lane.

Chances were few and far between as defences were on top for the first 30 minutes.

It was the home side who broke the deadlock on 33 minutes when Charlie Lynch converted from a corner.

Sandhurst equalised in the 44th minute thanks to a fine solo run and smart finish from Conrae Lespedes.

However, the Boars edged in front once again in first-half injury time through Dean Penfold.

Fizzers’ boss Chris Powell rallied his troops at the interval and they responded with a strong second-half performance.

The visitors got themselves back on level terms on the hour mark when Lespedes doubled his tally for the game when he fired home from 20 yards to beat the keeper.

And it was left to Richards to complete the Fizzers’ comeback three minutes later when he was tripped in the box.

The in-form and confident youngster grabbed the ball himself and made no mistake from the resulting penalty to put Sandhurst in control.

The Fizzers dominated the closing stages without adding to their goal tally and they will be looking to take that confidence into Saturday’s home clash against Worcester Park at Bottom Meadow (3pm ko).

Dean added: “We’ve stuttered a bit recently so Chris had them in for intensive training last week which worked wonders.

“Worcester will be a good test for us because they have started the season well.

“But the lads are buzzing right now and we’ll give it our best shot.” Eversley hope to bounce back this Saturday when they travel to Farleigh Rovers (3pm).

Sandhurst are also in Cup action next Tuesday when they travel to CB Hounslow in the second round of the Southern Combination Cup (7.45pm ko).
