BRACKNELL Athletic Under 14 Bombers came from behind as they secured a 3-1 victory at Cookham Dean.

The home side went in front from the penalty spot, but Bombers levelled when a great effort from Alex Vincent came back off the crossbar before Harrison White turned the ball home on the stroke of half time.

The second half was very tight with both keepers forced into making some good saves, but a Billy Wooden brace was enough to help Athletic take the points. Joint men-of-the-match were Alfie Budd and Alfie Webb.

The U16 Spitfires were beaten 3-1 by league leaders Shinfield Rangers, Jamie Devlin’s penalty proving in vain in a game where right back William Twitchen was outstanding.

Daniel Newton scored for the U8 Hurricanes in a standout performance against Berks County.

l DANIEL Martin-Cenzano bagged a brace as Ascot United U16 Aces shared the spoils 2-2 in their game with Fleet Spurs.

Aces also drew 1-1 with Pinewood in a game where Sam Donachie was on target.

The U18 Yankees eased past Windlesham United Youth Lions U17 3-0, but the U15 Youth lost 3-2 to Chipstead despite goals from Aidan Holland and Sam Wood.

Ascot United U12 Diamonds crushed Bracknell All Starz 5-1.
