FC Meta coasted to a 6–1 win at strugglers 3M, Pepe Apicella scoring a consolation.

AFC Wokingham enjoyed a 4–1 home win over Sunningdale & Wentworth at Cantley Park. Tom Williams put AFC ahead midway through the first half with a neatly executed volley from the edge of the area before Connor Reeves headed home untroubled at a corner to double the lead before the break.

AFC then put the result beyond doubt when the lively Luke Angel broke free for a third on 60 minutes. Harry Goss pulled one back with an exquisite strike from a tight angle for Sunningdale, before man-of-the-match Williams grabbed his second soon after.

Division One SUNNINGDALE & Wentworth Reserves made up more ground over the leaders as Bracknell Manics lost 2–1 at Winkfield FC, who saw Bernie McDonagh and Lee Wright find the net.

Second-placed Cannie Man had Richard Morgan and Louie Steinborn-Busse on target but lost their fourth game in a row, this time 3–2 at Ashridge Park. The victors’ goals came from Sam Lawrence and John Cook plus an own goal.

Elsewhere Parks FC lost 5-2 at Warfield United and Hurricanes beat AFC Crowthorne by the odd goal in nine. Doug King, Tom Clarke, Andre Jardim and Bailey Fullbrook netted the consolation goals for Crows, while a Ryan Milward double and goals from Chris Wyatt, Sam Jolly and Oli Reynolds did the damage for Hurricanes.

Division Two BRACKNELL Cavaliers are still out in front as they came back to beat second placed Sandhurst FFC 4–3. A Josh Hern brace and Dillon Warburton and Richard Peek strikes were enough for Cavs.

Braybrooke are still in the hunt with five games in hand, but they couldn’t get past a resilient TMW Wokingham & Emmbrook side as they drew 2–2. Ryan Old and Troy Whelan scored for Braybrooke.

A Tom Fraser goal helped secure a 1–1 draw for Berks County at home to Hope & Anchor, Mike McCombie replying. Finchampstead Reserves hit Woodley Hammers for six with a Kwame Appiah hat-trick, Dan Marles brace and a goal from Doug Scholes securing the 6-1 win.

Division Three WHITEGROVE put last weekend’s minor blip behind them and returned to winning ways with a 4–1 home victory over Winnersh Rangers to stay five points clear at the top.

Piers Boardman scored for Winnersh but it wasn’t enough against a Jack Gale hat-trick and a Jay Lovejoy strike.
