LUKE Lee scored four times as Wokingham & Emmbrook crushed Holyport 5-0 at Summerleaze on Saturday.
The impressive victory extended Satsumas' unbeaten run to 10 matches ahead of their clash with high-flying Newbury on Tuesday.
It took the visitors until the stroke of half time to take the lead when Khalid Senussi crossed for Lee to score.
But the floodgates then opened in the second period as Lee notched three more goals and Alex Walton also struck.
Elsewhere, Bracknell Town won their third successive match in Division One East as they beat Didcot Town Reserves 4-1.
Shane Cooper-Clark and Scott Williams scored in the first half to give Robins a 2-1 lead at the break.
And Tom Barratt then wrapped up the victory with a couple of goals in the second period.
Binfield were beaten 2-1 at Slimbridge in the Premier Division despite taking the lead in the first half through James Suarez.
A 90th-minute strike condemned Ascot United to a 3-2 defeat at Kidlington.
Ian Brooks and Rob Saunders netted for Yellamen as they came from 2-0 down to draw level, only to then fall behind again late on.
Sandhurst Town's miserable start to the Combined Counties Premier Division season continued with a 4-0 loss at Epsom & Ewell.
The Fizzers have won just once in nine outings and sit second from bottom in the division.
Chris Fox scored an 88th-minute equaliser to help Eversley & California claim a 2-2 draw against South Kilburn.
Matt Baker gave Boars the lead from the penalty spot but Kilburn replied either side of a missed spot-kick from Eversley to go 2-1 up.
Just when it looked like the points were heading back to London, Fox struck to give the hosts a share of the spoils.
Finchampstead were beaten 5-2 by Premier Division high-flyers Cheltenham Saracens in the first round of the Hellenic Challenge Cup.
Sam Green and Josh Sapsed scored the goals for Finch.
