Bees' season ends with home loss to Peterborough

BRACKNELL Bees' season finished in disappointing style as they were comfortably beaten 8-4 at The Hive by Peterborough Phantoms.
Nicky Watt opened the scoring for Bees in the first period but from then on the visitors took control and only two goals by Jaroslav Cesky and one from Peter Jasik prevented a more one-sided scoreline.
Not only does the defeat leave Bracknell bottom of the English Premier Ice Hockey League table, it also completes a run of six games without a victory, including three home losses.
