Bees coach Claude Dumas takes control against Manchester Phoexnix on Sunday before seeing his side slip to a fourth straight defeat - a run they will be hoping to end with Saturday's trip to Romford.
CLAUDE Dumas is looking for his Bracknell Bees side to bounce back after a tough run of fixtures.
Following a mini-revival, which included a brace of wins over the Sheffield Scimitars and one against the Swindon Wildcats, the Bees have dipped again and have now lost four games in a row.
However, those matches have been against trophy-chasing opposition, with last weekend's solitary fixture being a 5-4 loss at home to Manchester Phoenix.
The Bees haven't actually been playing that badly despite their poor run and Dumas is confident that if they maintain their form at the weekend they can expect to collect their first points for five games.
Bracknell travel to the Romford Raiders on Saturday (5.15pm) and then a day later the Sheffield Scimitars visit the Hive (6pm) for a crucial clash.
Head coach Dumas said: "We've played some tough games in the last month at Milton Keynes and Slough, who are the top two teams, but to come away with nothing is harsh.
"But that's sport, sometimes you play well and lose and sometimes you play so-so and get something out of it.
"The season has not been the best so far but we have had some encouragement. We have played the top teams recently and made it difficult against them, but we just lost out against Slough and Milton Keynes.
"It's not been the best season but there's been some encouragement and we have threatened against the top teams recently."
Dumas stressed the importance of this weekend's fixtures and added: "This weekend we've got Romford and Sheffield and we need two points from both of them, especially on Saturday (against Romford).
"If we play like we can then we should be able to get two points from Romford, but we know it will be tough.
"I think we have been playing very well lately, but we've played quality teams and it's been difficult,
"But we don't want to dwell on those results, we need to move on and get back to winning ways."
