GREAT Hollands Wrens won 10-0 on points against Three Mile Cross in the Thames Valley Leadies League.

The team of Sheila Ledbury, Angie Sherfield, Rose Reason, Carolyn Lofthouse, Irene Bradley, Sheila Strickland, Bridget Cruickshamk, Myrtle McMoneagle and Mary Thomas were outstanding in the wet conditions.

Great Hollands Men thrashed Reading B 110-51.75 in the Kennet League to secure a 14-0 points victory.

David Brown, David Bradley-Brock, David Horton and William Van de Venter won 31-8.

Terry Harmer, S Daniels, Peter Hurrell and Brian Rammell won 30-11.

George Harris, Frank Townsend, Fred Payne and John Treanor won 20-17 and Ray Furnell, Ken Perrett, Mitch Mitchell and Bill Cheale won 29-21.

Great Hollands B defeated Wraysbury 57-53 in the KLV League for an 8-2 points win.

Henry Bone, Gerry Austin and David Anderson won 25-16, Mike Stickland, Fred Payne and Don Foote won 16-13 and Richard Clark, Lawrie Peckover and Tim Barrett lost 16-24.

The KLV D team lost 61-19 at home to Reading B in a ran-affected match, with Reading winning 10-0 on points.

David Harnden, Vic Worsfold and Ray Penfold lost 13-15, Neil Lofthouse, Paul Damiano and George Auret lost 5-22 and Bill Heffill, Robert Dearman and Neil Bullock lost heavily 1-24.

The match between Great Hollands Linnets and Caversham was postponed and will be played on May 30.
