FINCHAMPSTEAD turned in a dominant first-half display to thrash Ascot United Development 4-0 in the first round of the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup.
Greg Alexander gave the hosts a 12th-minute lead at the Memorial Ground, and the game was as good as done when Freddie Barron and Chase Jewell added further goals midway through the opening period.
Sam Dunn made it 4-0 on 40 minutes and Finch eased through.
