Steve Carson (40) kept the momentum going and although Eddie Lee and Morgan both fell with the score on 198, Adam Marshall (61no) and Paris Khanna (33no) ensured Binfield were able to post a highly competitive 304-4 before declaring after 46 overs.

Marcus Hickman was run out with the score on 32 in reply, but a second-wicket partnership of 139 between Adrian Hurley (48) and Albertyn (81) steadied the ship.

Lee (3-53) picked both of them up and when he also accounted for Jack Mason-Apps – caught by Tim Vines – Littlewick were 191-4.

Mike Staves (2-34) kept the pressure on and although the visitors never looked like losing the game, they could only close on 256-8 from 54 overs.
