BRACKNELL Men’s two-match winning streak came to a halt as they were edged out 3-2 by Slough in their MBBO Regional Two Berkshire derby, writes Richard Ashton.

Daniel Ray scored both of Bracknell’s goals, but a brace from Bobbie Bansal and a Rob Gilbertson strike sealed the victory for the visitors.

Bracknell travel to Phoenix & Ranelagh this coming Saturday.

Bracknell 2nds climbed to fifth place in the Division Four table with an entertaining 5-3 win at Witney 2nds.

Tom Pullen hit a brilliant hat-trick and the prolific Tom Scott scored twice to take his haul for the season to 10.

In Division Seven, Wokingham 3rds lost 3-2 to Witney 3rds.

Bracknell 3rds were crushed 5-1 by table-topping British Airways 2nds in Division Eight West.

In the Trysports Three Counties League Premier One, Bracknell Ladies won 2-1 at Bicester, and Wokingham toppled Wycombe 2nds 3-1.

Bracknell host Wokingham this coming Saturday.

In Division Two, Wokingham 2nds were condemned to an eighth straight defeat as they went down 5-1 at Oxford 5ths.

Bracknell 2nds were beaten 2-0 at home by Thame 2nds in Division Three, while in Division Five, Wokingham 3rds were thrashed 5-0 at Oxford Hawks 6ths.
