"I\'m really glad that the council \"expressed concerns\" about the impact of the reduction of car-parking spaces during the Christmas period. Along with the concerns, I hope that both M&S and the council are looking at real plans and options to alleviate the congestion that the reduced number of spaces will, no doubt, create at peak periods."
